Project Description

Over the summer of 2015 while working at the Kavli Institute I had to design a way to integrate a holder for their new X-ray diffraction grating into their current experimental setup. It had to attach to the hardware that already existsed as well as hold the grating and a piece containing the slits that the X-rays pass through. Utilizing the documentation for the setup as well as requests from my principal investigator I was able to make a solution that was both accurate and machineable.
